Waterspace plc are forging a new concept in waterside living. Their Optima 60 modern house boat has been designed to transform peoples perception of the house boat away from the traditional narrow boat. The concept we formulated for Waterspace was one of an apartment on water rather than a boat. From all feedback and press we received, we certainly achieved the goal of creating an elegant modern apartment which happens to be on water.
